There are two different layers of reality within all of us—one is primary and the other is secondary, which essentially means that one has the most effect on the whole and the other one has only a minimal effect. One is real while the other only appears 'real'. Alright, now the primary level of reality is also called your inner reality. Which means that your thoughts and emotions, mental-emotional reactive patterns, likes and dislikes—all of this is part of your inner reality. To put it simply, whatever happens 'inside' of you, is your inner reality. And the secondary level of reality is your outer reality, which means it consists of everything that goes on or happens 'outside' of you. The work you do, the places you visit, your relationships and all the things that take place with you in the world belongs to the realm of your outer reality.
